Mr. Westfall has based his career on a firm commitment to quality in his projects, combined with integrity and fairness in dealing with his clients and subcontractors. He has built a company that is known for its ability to tackle the tough assignments — whether they involve an extremely tight schedule, limited funds, complicated building systems or all three. His hands-on experience in every facet of construction gives him the ability to structure effective solutions to today’s increasingly complex problems.

Fred Westfall, President and CEO

Jerry is in charge of bonding, insurance and legal affairs, with over 30 years of reputable experience and characteristic sound judgment. Jerry has a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University and, as a CPA, is a member of the American Management Society. He keeps our business operations on solid ground.

With 28 years’ experience in the industry, Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. An enthusiastic leader, he demands quality and integrity on every project we are privileged to undertake.

Tricia is in charge of all areas of marketing, accounting, and office administration. With a Masters’ degree in Business from The University of St. Thomas, she draws on her 27 years of on the job training to keep the firm running smoothly.
